Hollie Mendenhall

Hollie Mendenhall

Hollie has been a musician her whole life. She has music education degrees from Millersville University and West Chester University, and has post-grad work from University of the Arts. Although she has played piano and sung professionally for years, she did not discover the joy that the ukulele brings until about 6 years ago. She is currently a member of Lancaster’s Ukulele Uprising.  She has led jam sessions at both UU Harmonic Convergences in ‘17 and ‘18, a jam session at the 2018 Allegheny Ukulele Soirée, and has run other professional workshops.

She currently teaches general music, ukulele, and chorus at Donegal Intermediate School.  Hollie enjoys writing her own songs, and is working towards finding more performing opportunities. She lives in Lancaster with her husband and two very busy and musical daughters.
