The Allegheny Ukulele Soirée has always wanted to create the best possible experience for our festival attendees. After much research, discussion and feedback, we have decided that we will follow the example of other festivals and entertainment venues. 

All in-person attendees of the Allegheny Ukulele Soirée are highly recommended to be fully vaccinated by the time of the festival. Proof of vaccination is not required upon check-in at the festival. 

The various COVID-19 vaccines have been proven to be safe and effective and should be a non-issue to all but the most immunocompromised. 

We are limiting attendance to 200 to allow for as much social distancing as possible. We will also provide disposable masks & sanitizer to help ensure a safe environment for all attendees.

Recommendations for Attendees

  • The wearing of masks, especially during workshops
  • Bring a reusable water bottle and/or coffee mug
  • Getting the Flu shot this fall/winter
  • Eating healthy - lots of fruits and vegetables
  • Getting sufficient sleep
