For the 2026 Allegheny Ukulele Soirée, our cancellation/refund schedule is as follows:

Before February 1, 2026: Full registration fee refund minus $15 cancellation fee
February 1 – March 1: 50% registration fee refund
March 2– April 1: 25% registration fee refund
April 2 - April 24: No registration fee refund

Please note: Refunds for online registrations will not include box office fees. 

Separate from the above refund schedule:

  • Dining package is fully refundable until April 1. After this date, we cannot offer any refunds.
  • Ensemble Track is fully refundable until April 1.  After this date, we cannot offer any refunds.

To cancel and to request a refund, please send an email to info@ukulelesoiree.com. We are unable to offer any refunds after April 1st.

Alternatively, registration transfers are easy to arrange and we'd be happy to transfer your registration to another person.
