For the 2024 Allegheny Ukulele Soirée, our cancellation/refund schedule is as follows:

Before February 1, 2024: Full registration fee refund minus $15 cancellation fee (and any fees through our registration platform, RegFox)
February 1 – March 1: 50% registration fee refund
March 2– April 1: 25% registration fee refund
April 2 - April 28: No registration fee refund

Dining package is fully refundable until April 2.

To cancel and to request a refund, please send an email to info@ukulelesoiree.com. If we cannot offer you a refund, we can credit you for next year's event. Alternatively, registration transfers are easy to arrange and we'd be happy to transfer your registration to another person.
