The Ukulele Teacher

Hello, it's me...The Ukulele Teacher

Back in 2011 I started making YouTube videos on my old iPhone 3 as a joke to pass the time. Over a decade later I'm still making videos - but I now have over 1.4 million subscribers, have worked with the likes of Barclaycard and McDonald's, recorded with Mark Ronson at Abbey Road Studios, been invited to the Brit Awards, and wrote a song about tuna sandwiches for Dick n Dom.

Playing the ukulele has taken me around the world - I've taught and performed at festivals in the U.K., Europe and the U.S.A., and met some incredible people along the way.

As well as posting weekly ukulele tutorials on YouTube, I now host a successful podcast, Ukulele Tales, where I have a face-to-face conversation with one of the top players or personalities in the world every single Wednesday. So far I've spoken to the likes of Bernadette Teaches Music, Victoria Vox, Christopher Davis-Shannon and Grammy Award Winning artists Bakithi Kumalo (Paul Simon's Graceland), and Danny Weinkauf (They Might Be Giants).
